By virtue of purchasing from Ls1Fans, INC. buyers hereby acknowledge acceptance and understanding of the following terms and conditions.

LS1fans.com shall not have any liability whatsoever in connection with Client’s failure to comply with the instructions set forth in connection with their inappropriate and/or incorrect installation on vehicles and/or with the lack of or incorrect maintenance of such Products, nor shall any “Product liability” apply in such cases.

Due to recent changes in E.P.A rules and regulations LS1fans.com products are recommended for OFF ROAD USE ONLY! Various States, and even counties have different regulations so know what you are doing as in some cases it is even illegal to modify your PCM and may void any factory warranties.

Warranty

One year free replacement upon return of warranted damaged product(S) to Ls1fans with return authorization. We can ship out replacement products before receiving your damaged product(S) back, if provided you can send proof of shipping said returns via tracking by email. To recieve your returns authorization email us HERE.  

General product Return & Refund policy

100% cash refund available (less shipping costs)on all products purchased upon return of products to Ls1Fans, INC. at buyers expense if returned within 14 days from date of original delivery.

For product(s) not returned within 14 days of original shipping date and/or special order items are subject to a 20% restock fee.


Shipping & Returns

We use USPS Priority Mail for our shipping needs. Most orders are in the mail the same day and no later than 3 business days. Should surcomestances beyond our control, such as weather, away on vacation, ect. ect. We will contact you by email or phone in order to make every attempt to inform you about shipping your products to you, soon as possible.


Return Shipping

All return shipping is at buyers expense and non refundable.
